I have Galchenyuk in fantasy, trying to be patient and hold on but watching him play is very uninspiring. Is there an end in sight or do I just drop him? |

I didn’t think Sid looked right the last half-dozen games or so before he went out.
Do the procedure, come back healthy, be in the lineup come 2020. |

I wonder what the Pens would need to do to get both Toffoli and Carter from LAK. This would mean JJ would have to be shipped out and then likely Bjugstad when Sid returns, but I'd take both of those players right now. |

I think if we could get Letang back in the next week or so it would greatly cushion the blow of Sid out as well.

This sounds like DeSean Jackson's situation. Except that Jackson will wind up missing almost all of the Eagles' season, vs. Crosby missing 1/4 of the Pens' schedule. |

That will make a difference, but I still think the Pens should take advantage of the LTIR space and get a top rental then worry about moving either Galchenyuk or Bjugstad when Sid is healthy. |

Has there been any insight into the whole Kovalchuk situation? I haven't paid attention. Does he just suck now or is he a problem in the locker room? |

Get the surgery now and come back strong in January. Team should be able to tread water until then. That is unless the injury bug continues to plague the team. Unless he starts scoring some goals, I see Galyenchuk becoming the new whipping boy. |

I think when a whole team is playing anywhere from lackluster to real bad it effects everyone's stats.
36 years old...but 9 points in 17 games and team worst -10...I know, I know plus/minus with a grain of salt.
He is a right shot....and we'd like that on the PP...
All in all...I'm not sure if I'd want him or not. |

The only way I'd consider moving for Kovy is if JJ goes the other way, but there would be more to that deal on both sides obviously. |
